CANCELLATION POLICY
Life can get busy and plans sometimes change. Because I reserve your appointment time exclusively for you, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service amount. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee. Late fees: • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service and will be rescheduled for the next available time slot that works for you. Clients may reschedule an appointment up to two consecutive times without penalty, provided the reschedule is made with proper notice ( 24hrs or more) in advance. If an appointment is rescheduled more than two consecutive times, your booking will be reevaluated, and you will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and understand that last-minute cancellations, tardiness, excessive rescheduling, or missed appointments affect my ability to accommodate other clients.
